1. Quan Ba Twin mountains, Heaven gate 

Quan Ba Heaven gate – 1500m high above sea level, this is the first gateway to Dong Van plateau. In 1939, people built a giant door made of crushed wood 150cm thick right at the Heaven Gate. Once upon a time, behind this wooden door was another “world” – also known as the “Autonomous Region of the Meo people”, including the districts of Quan Ba, Meo Vac, Yen Minh and Dong Van.

Quan Ba Twin mountains , Located next to Highway 4C, 40 km from Ha Giang town. Between the rocky mountains and endless terraced fields, two mountains with strange shapes emerge, making visitors amazed by the majestic beauty of creation. These two mountains are associated with the poetic legend of Co Tien Mountain.

2. Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark

Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark is a stone plateau spreading over four districts of Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Dong Van, Meo Vac of Ha Giang province, Vietnam. On October 3, 2010, the file “Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark” was officially recognized by UNESCO’s Global Geopark Network (GGN) Advisory Council as a Global Geopark. . This is currently the only title in Vietnam and the second in Southeast Asia.

3. Lung Cu flagpole

Lung Cu flagpole is located on Lung Cu peak, about 1,700m above sea level, in Lung Cu commune, Dong Van district, Ha Giang province. This is a small point on the Vietnam-China border. If we roughly simulate the shape of the Vietnam-China border into a cone, the two lowest points according to latitude are A pa Chai, Dien Bien and Sa Vi, Mong Cai, and Lung Cu is the top of the cone. This cone is also the highest point of the northernmost point of Vietnam

4. Vuong Mansion

Behind the road next to the rows of tall sa moc trees, the majestic stone gate of King Meo Vuong Chinh Duc’s mansion in Sa Phin (Dong Van – Ha Giang) appears on the top of the hill. Vuong Chinh Duc was the head of the Vuong family of the Mong people in this place a century ago. 5. Ma Pi Leng Pass

Ma Pi Leng is a Mandarin name that literally means “the bridge of the horse’s nose”. However, according to some local Hmong people, the correct name of the pass is Mao Pi Leng, meaning “the bridge of the cat’s nose”.

Ma Pi Leng peak belongs to three communes of Pai Lung, Pa Vi and Xin Cai (Meo Vac, Ha Giang) in the Dong Van stone plateau, about 2000m above sea level, created by a series of sediments including limestone. , lustrous shale, siliceous limestone containing fossils from about 426 million years ago, including many slips and cracks caused by mountain-building activities
